The applicate has agreed that in the event of cancellation of the application by the Co. or applicant before execution of Agreement for sale, the Co. will be entitled to deducted a sum equivalent to Rs. 25000 of the application.
In the event of cancellation/ rejection of allotment/ agreement/, the company shall hereby entitled to deduct a sum equivalent to 10% of total consideration.
This application in only a request of the applicant for allotment of the unit/units and does not create any right whatsoever or howsoever of the applicant.
The Co. reserves its right not to accept the said application and also the right to allot/transfer the units to any other person without any obstruction from the applicant or any person claiming through him/her it.
